Ordering Policies

 

Homecoming Mums are available online by mail order or by appointment if you are local to the Dallas, Fort-Worth area. Appointments are available as shown on the schedule below, please call to schedule appointments.

Deco Mesh wreaths are available here on our website or check out our Etsy store. If you need a custom order please email us at kisha@dkflorals.com

Order Guildelines & Deadlines - Homecoming Mums

All orders placed outside of Dallas Fort-Worth area need to be placed no later than the Monday before Homecoming to ensure on time arrival.

Local pickup orders can be placed as late as the Tuesday before the Homecoming Date, orders later than that may be accepted on a case by case basis and additional charges may apply.

Order Guildelines & Deadlines - Deco Mesh Wreaths

There are no deadlines for ordering Deco Mesh wreaths. They are available all times of the year. If you need your wreath by a specific date, please let us know via email or contact us by phone.


Shipping Policies

1. All mums ship the week of the Homecoming Date unless otherwise requested!

2. All mums arrive via fedex, within two days of shipment in TEXAS! 

3. Areas OUTSIDE  of TEXAS have a 2-3 day turn around and we ship accordingly so that mum arrives by the Thursday before homecoming, unless special arrangements have been made or requested.

4. Orders for pickup here in DFW will be available on Thursdays after 5pm CST. Special arrangements and early pick-ups must be arranged

5. Deco Mesh wreaths are made to order, they are shipped 2 weeks from the order date unless you have made arrangements with DK staff.

These are ONLY estimates from our past experience with shipping our products.

All mums are shipped via Fed-Ex.

DFW - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

Houston - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

Austin - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

San Antonio - arrives 1-2 days from ship date

OUT OF STATE - arrives 2-3 days from ship date
