Retail Policies - all policies are subject to change at any time!

We accept Visa, Mastercard,American Express, Paypal, and e-checks.

All supply orders are shipped via Postal Service.

All Mum orders are shipped via Fedex.

• All orders are shipped within 5 business days. Orders recieved after 5pm are not proccessed until the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends.

• Custom Mums that require shipping, ship the week of Homecoming. All Texas Mums arrive 1-2 days, 2-3 days outside Texas, via FED-EX.
• We are not responsible for any shipper related delays or mistakes.

• No orders are shipped on the weekends or holidays.
•  
• Standard shipping fees plus $3.00 handling will apply on all orders.

There are no returns on Homecoming Supplies, Spirit Gifts, Custom Orders, or Homecoming mums UNLESS thier is DAMAGE to the product not caused by the customer. Below is the notification time frame for the proper return or exchange in such a case.

Homecoming Mums - Divine Kreationz must be notified within 24 hours of any defect to the mum. 

Custom Orders/Spirit Gifts - You have 24 hours to inspect product for any damage and make notification to DK staff.
